Another operator, GDR, creates automatic refunds for their core smart card customers, but you have to tap and exit your trips to qualify for the claim.

So, how much can you do? Late refunds will be given if a train is delayed by 15 minutes or more, but check with your provider as this may vary. Based on the length of the delay, the company will provide a percentage of the compensation.

Late repayment also applies to pipe delays! Also, when you ride the tube, make sure any of the railcards you have are attached to your oyster card with a third of the tube travel and extra storage!
